2025-01-03	Go*****	Had very bad exp. As we have enrolled for English coaching recently and after few days due to some personal emergency we requested for cancellation of the subscription. Its been 10days and no one has concated about it neither the Consulting Manager nor the contact center. I tried calling The consulting executive but she didnt respond. Basically they are only to pull money and serve zero positivity if customer requests.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using the Planet Spark app. The services provided did not meet my expectations, and I found the customer support to be unhelpful. Despite multiple attempts to resolve my issues, I was unable to get a refund for the services that were not delivered as promised. Don't get into their trap.

2024-11-01	Pr*****	If anyone is still there, respond. I have subscribed to your 'public speaking skill' sessions for a year, I took a loan for one year with a sum close to 60,000/- on EMI basis. The EMI is linked with my debit card and it gets auto deducted Rs.3700 every month since Dec-2023. The bad part is, I had to unsubscribe your sessions due to poor support. I want the EMI to be stopped and refund the loss else I have to lodge a complaint on the grounds of cheating. Refer the ticket 253876 and 254140
