2025-01-28	Di*****	The application is asking to subscribe (Mobile number end with 83369) again even after subscription of 1 year purchased. Send 5-6 email to support team to activate the subscription or initiate refund, but no response even after 5 days. There is no direct contact and feel 1 year subscription money waste. The content was promising but no use as can't watch even after subscribing.

2024-11-29	Ar*****	Don't ever download or pay. There's no content on this app. They never add anything new. I also got screwed on my auto recharge. They took my money and now they are not sending any OTP to my registered phone. There is no customer service number that I can call

2023-12-20	sa*****	Worst app ever. Tried watching something today, and it's still the same as it was six months back. No improvement as they promised. Not at all user friendly, very slow, you can't resume your stream, it'll always start from the beginning. So many little little things spoils the fun of watching. I thought it'll improve with time, but it hasn't yet, so disappointed, once again. Please, increase the subscriber cost if you need to but be worthy of it. now almost toe years later, it's still the same.

2023-12-04	am*****	App doesn't work outside country. Their team will not reach out properly to solve the issue. I had sent serval emails regarding app issue. Only the ans they will give will try to fix. Further they will stop replying. I paid for 1 year subscription and used it only two months. So outside India this app not work properly. Their customer support is very bad.

2023-02-27	Pr*****	User interface of the player is bakwas! Development team, please take some ideas from other OTT players like Netflix. Cast to TV (Chromecast) support, web series & movies star cast, Director name to be mentioned along with synopsis. Resume function is required badly as the web series episodes start from the beginning. Hope all these will be fixed in next update.

Other Apps (example) gives hundreds of original content with other 3 service like free delivery, music, movies and web series for 999 per year and you are charging 365 for only one service with 9 original shows and 0 original movies. Does it makes any sence? What if your app gets closed due to loss? We will surely not get the refund of it. Adding more comment on 18th Feb 2023. I purchased subscription in June 2022, since than not even a single movie or series has been added.

2022-10-23	Ra*****	My exitement has gone down due to multiple reason 1. TV app is not user-friendly. There is no " continue watching" facility. Each time you need to remember what was last episode. There is no continue ty 2. No new additions in Originals. I have been using for more than 2 months , tired of seeing old contents. Team please wake up else you will wind up this app.

You cannot resume where you have left, the app is not in landscape orientation, taks alot of time to load, you cannot skip the intros have to watch everytime and keep skipping. 1 star only for the great content with frustrating experience.

2022-09-07	An*****	Utter waste of money. 99% of the time you click Play and get "Playback Failed". If you try pressing the forward button the playback jumps 2:30mins!!! I wish I could get my money back but it seems hopeless. There is no Resume button if you have to leave the content mid way. You can't choose the video quality in some content because Settings will give you only Subtitles options (which are already covered in their CC button).
