I used PlanetGPS for 2 years, with service prepaid until Dec 2025. When my tracker stopped working, they forced me to buy this replacement, promising to refund the cost and transfer my service. After I paid $231.24 for the device, installation, and lost service, they stopped my service and communication entirely. Unethical seller—avoid!
