2023-05-15	Pr*****	I returned the books I had purchased using the Taxmann app on April 23, 2023, but I have yet not received my refund. When I called the helpline on May 8, they promised that I would get the refund by May 13, but I have still not gotten the money. On May 15, 2023, I called the helpline, and I was informed that the staff had not yet received my information for the reimbursement of the money. Really disappointing.

2021-11-13	Ra*****	I have purchased virtual e book. I am not able to read the same in web page as well as mobile. Image of the page is too small which can't be read in moblie or laptop. We cannot zoom and read. And mobile app there is no provision for reading ebook. It's a worst experience and what I have paid for virtual book is entirely waste
