Review your data
Your insurance company transmits your damage to carexpert in encrypted form and we make everything available to you in compliance with GDPR for fast processing. In our app you can easily see whether your address and contact details are correct. If something needs to be changed, simply adapt it in the app. Cara also provides you with the data from your vehicle registration document directly. All you have to do is check that it is complete.

Document accident damage
Whether it is fenders, bumpers or headlights - easy-to-understand graphics enable you to mark damaged car parts accurately.

Take photos of the damage
So that carexpert can immediately create an expert opinion, the virtual claims assistant Cara supports you in taking meaningful photos of the damage. Grid lines and auxiliary lines displayed in the image make it easier for you to find the right perspective.
