This Plan 4 Care app does everything a care giver needs, so care workers can easily see their daily schedule, do their assigned and unassigned jobs, and record care reports, all from their phone. Daily Work Schedule
When care workers log in to Plan 4 Care every day, they can see the trips they are responsible for that day. To getting future plan, future schedule is available to see. The schedule lists the client's name and the time of the visit, which helps workers plan their days well.

Easy Check-In and Task Guidance
Once a care worker taps on a scheduled visit, they are taken to a detailed check-in page. Here, all necessary care tasks for the client are clearly described. With just one click, they can check in and proceed to the task entry screen, where they can log the work performed during the visit.

The app gives you some freedom, but it can also set tasks based on the client's care plan. If needed, workers can add unplanned or unassigned work to make sure that everything about the visit is recorded.

Secure Check-Out and Offline Support
After finishing the visit, workers proceed to check out. The information caregiver enter is sent to the server right away when they proceed to check out. if there is no internet connection, Plan 4 Care will keep the data locally but it will upload it when the user refreshes the home screen or opens the app again. This makes sure that no information is lost and that records are still correct.

On-Call Work and Client List Access
