PKG Health Mobile App aims to provide Patients with Parkinson’s disease (PwP) and their caregivers an easy to use activity and medication logging capability. In addition, it provides clinicians to distribute questionnaires for patients to fill in periodically. A combination of patient logged information and their questionnaire response will enable their clinician to fine tune the course of therapy. The app also provides a range of support information to the patient by allowing the clinicians to dynamically add information resources about Parkinson’s disease, medications, side effects, community groups and exercises. The app also allows a patient to connect with a caregiver so that the caregiver can provide information on patient’s behalf as well as track patient logged information about medication and food intake and exercises.
