Petrokimia Gresik's Digital Logsheet & Checklist App is a digital application for recording, monitoring, and managing operational logsheets in an integrated manner. This application helps ensure that recorded production process data is more structured, accurate, and easily accessible. The system also features a monitoring graph feature for analyzing operational conditions, as well as an approval mechanism to ensure validation and oversight of logsheet data.

The Logsheet feature allows operators to digitally record various factory process parameters. Each operational data item can be input in a structured manner, making it easier to record, store, and track history.

The Abnormal feature helps monitor operational parameters that fall outside predetermined minimum or maximum limits. With this feature, operators can more quickly identify abnormal conditions so that remedial action can be taken immediately.

DILOC provides monitoring graphics to display logsheet data visually. Through these graphics, users can more easily monitor trends in operational parameter changes and analyze production process conditions more quickly and clearly.

The Approval feature allows supervisors or related parties to approve logsheet data entered by operators for each shift. This mechanism ensures that recorded data has been verified, improving operational accuracy and oversight.

📡 5. Offline Mode: Recording Without an Internet Connection
DILOC is equipped with an Offline Mode feature that allows operators to continue entering logsheet data even without an internet connection, such as when in a factory area with limited network coverage. Data is stored locally on the device and automatically synchronized to the system when a connection is reestablished.
