I wanted to claim my free slice for attending a Toronto FC game. it's literally an ad on a billboard that lasts 15 seconds. when you scan it, it prompts you to download their app. I was experiencing technical difficulties and I wasn't able to get the promotion. I called their customer service line and they would not honor anything. I'm incredibly disappointed after spending so much money buying their overpriced pizzas during games that they couldn't just accommodate me with the two free slices!

I live in a well established town, 10 minutes drive from a major city. every other pizza place delivers, but apparently pizza pizza doesn't. I find it very very absurd.
