DabaSafqa supports Moroccan construction companies throughout the entire public procurement cycle: finding tenders, understanding the tender documents, preparing bids, and then monitoring the project until invoicing.

FIND
• Monitor tenders on the public procurement portal according to your criteria (sector, region, budget, buyers), with a detailed explanation tailored to your needs.

• Receive alerts when a new tender is relevant to your business, when a deadline is postponed, when a notice is canceled, or when a meeting report is published.

UNDERSTAND
• Submit the tender documents and ask your questions: each answer cites the document and page number, or states "not found in the tender documents." Nothing is fabricated.

• Questions in French, Arabic, and Moroccan Arabic (Darija). Summary sheet and key points to remember (security deposit, deadlines, penalties, qualifications).

PREPARE THE BID
• Price schedule imported from the tender documents, prices entered and totals calculated by the server, alerts for abnormally low or excessive bids.

Document list, checklist, and reminders before submission.

MONITORE THE PROJECT
• Ongoing contracts: time elapsed, work completed, payments received.

Works and components, dated data entry sheets, attachments, progress reports, invoices, amendments, acceptances, and site log.

DabaSafqa is a private service of Pixwell Agency, independent of the government. The tender notices come from the public procurement portal (marchespublics.gov.ma), a public source. The AI's responses cite their source but do not replace reading the tender documents.

The application uses your company account created on dabasafqa.com. The company's account is managed by its administrator via a web browser.
