I built this because I used to use block puzzle games to distract myself during anxious moments — especially when travelling. But just as it was starting to work, a video ad would pop up and undo everything. So I built something without that.

Here's how it works: if you're feeling overwhelmed, start with the puzzle to distract your mind. If the anxiety builds, hit the BREATH button and try some box breathing — it's set to 4 seconds in, hold 4, and 5 seconds out, but it's fully customisable. And if you need more, the mantra ticker is there to read along with.

This isn't a cure for anxiety — but I hope it helps. 💛
