2022-12-11	Ri*****	I am absolutely tamping with the customer service we have received tonight from Swan Garden Chinese!!!! I think you should take them off your site!!! I pre ordered my food this evening at 5pm for 6.30/6.55 we finally had it at 8.10pm after meany phone calls, at one point they wouldn't answer my call! Then my wife phoned & they had the nerve to hang up on her!! Absolutely disgusted never again will use them!! I do hope nobody else will too!!

My only gripe is that the order tracking service does not update e.g., we ordered from Madbuns, but while tracking our order it never updated from "Preparing". It was an hour after we ate our food when I had the notification that the order was out for delivery and complete!!
