| 2024-12-30 |  | | This is a utility app. You use it because you have no choice. It just needs to do its job. Our community recently made a big change, which they only announced via Gate Sentry notifications. But community messages are not listed anywhere on the Android app. (Even email notifications, btw, will not be sent to you if your email has an underscore in it.) Also, anyone can enter using your vendor list. A Lyft that I didn't order recently came through on my account because I have Lyft as a vendor. |

On the Android system when you go to notification settings and search apps to allow notifications the gate sentry app is not there though the app is on my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to see if this would resolve the issue... Update November 8th, 2024. Suddenly began receiving notifications again yesterday. |

| 2024-10-26 |  | | The app was good, but for some reason, on my android phone, I do not get notifications anymore. I see someone else has had this same problem. What's going on? Why is this happening. Notifications are allowed. Are you fixing this or not ? Without the notifications, the app is almost useless imo. |
