Pivot Guard

Pivot Guard is a mobile workforce app designed for security guards, patrol officers, and site supervisors. It helps security personnel manage their assigned shifts, complete patrol duties, record attendance, stay informed, and communicate with their security team from one convenient mobile app.

SHIFT MANAGEMENT
View assigned shifts and access important shift details directly from the app. Stay updated when schedules, assignments, or site information change.

CLOCK IN & CLOCK OUT
Start and end shifts directly from your phone. Clock-in and clock-out records can include a timestamped photo and location information to provide reliable attendance verification.

PATROLS & CHECKPOINTS
Complete assigned patrols and visit required checkpoints during your shift. Scan checkpoint codes when required and keep track of completed patrol activities.

LOCATION & SITE VERIFICATION
Pivot Guard uses location services during an active shift to support shift and site verification and help authorized supervisors monitor ongoing security operations. Location tracking is active only for the duration of the assigned shift and stops when the shift ends.

REAL-TIME UPDATES
Receive important notifications about shifts, assignments, schedule changes, site instructions, and other updates from your security team.

EMERGENCY & PANIC ALERTS
Quickly send an emergency or panic alert when assistance is needed. Alerts help notify the appropriate team members so they can respond to security incidents.

COMMUNICATION
Stay connected with supervisors, dispatchers, and other authorized members of your security organization. Receive relevant instructions and operational updates throughout your shift.

SHIFT & TIME RECORDS
Keep digital records of work activity, attendance, patrol completion, and shift-related events. This reduces reliance on paper-based processes and helps security organizations maintain consistent operational records.

DESIGNED FOR SECURITY OPERATIONS
Pivot Guard is built specifically for organizations managing security personnel across multiple sites and shifts. The app provides guards with the tools they need for their daily duties while giving authorized teams better visibility into ongoing operations.

IMPORTANT
Pivot Guard is intended for use by authorized security personnel and organizations using the Pivot Security workforce platform. Certain features, including shift assignments, location services, patrols, notifications, and emergency alerts, may depend on your organization's configuration and permissions.

With Pivot Guard, security personnel can manage their daily assignments, verify attendance, complete patrol responsibilities, receive important updates, and stay connected with their team—all from their mobile device.
