PipeTally

PipeTally — smart AI-powered counting of pipes and cylindrical goods from a photo.

Take a photo of a pipe stack, tap one pipe as a size reference — the app finds and counts the rest automatically using AI (SAM2).

FEATURES

- Automatic counting from a photo — tap one pipe, AI does the rest
- Manual recount — add missed pipes or remove wrong detections with a tap
- Panorama mode — for long stacks: shoot several frames, the app stitches them into one accurate photo
- Photo correction — exposure, brightness, contrast and cropping right before counting
- History — all past sessions saved on your device, exportable to CSV/JSON
- Fully offline manual counting mode — no internet required

ACCURACY

The technology accounts for perspective, lighting, and how densely pipes are stacked. For long or unevenly stacked piles, use Panorama mode to avoid edge distortion.

WHY PIPETALLY

Manually counting hundreds of pipes takes hours and often leads to errors. PipeTally cuts counting time to under a minute while keeping manual-review-level accuracy.
