Recent reviews

This app was one of my favourites with my partner, but my review is lower than that. A phone was dropped in water, and my partner cannot reconnect to our shared diary. I tried contacting customer support, but haven't received a response in a week. Don't let accidents happen - You could lose four years of your relationship because customer support WILL NOT respond to you. Review lower because in an attempt to troubleshoot, now EVERYTHING is gone. Four years worth of love and connection gone.

My girlfriend and I just downloaded and connected with each other in the app. Once we connected, the question/prompt given is in Spanish (her native language); but I can't figure out how to change the language option on my end. I was going to just copy/paste the prompt into a translator but it won't let me highlight the text. Clicking 'Translation Support' didn't seem to offer any answers either.
