How to go to settings on watch from reading?

I was hesitant to use this app because other similar apps require in app purchases to send books from phone to watch but this app only requires you to watch an ad. Otherwise, highly customisable interface and text on the watch makes it easy to use once you figure out what all the settings do. This app makes it easy to read books on your watch. Works perfectly with my Galaxy S21 Ultra and Galaxy Watch4. However, I would love it if there was an option to change the font.
