SelfLog is a journal that keeps the story of your life, day by day.

Pre-made journals ask someone else's questions. In SelfLog you decide what to record every day: "Thought of the day", "Mood", "Energy", "Workout", "Sleep" — or any fields of your own. Four field types: short text, long text, number, and yes/no.

WHAT IT DOES
• Your own fields: create, rename, reorder. Deleting a field never erases past entries — your history stays safe.
• Fast daily logging: open, fill in, save. Jump to any past day with arrows or the calendar.
• Statistics: streaks of filled days, trends of numbers and habits over 7 or 30 days. You choose which fields appear in the overview.
• History: every entry by day, with previews.
• TXT export: your whole history as one readable file — keep it as a backup or hand it to an AI assistant for analysis. Import works too.
• Two interface languages: English and Russian.

PRIVACY & HONESTY
• Everything is stored on your device only; the app works fully
offline.
• No ads and no in-app purchases.
• No data collection, no analytics, no accounts — there is simply nothing here that could track you.
