Pill Connect

Pill Connect is the companion app for Pill Connect smart medication dispensers used in clinical research studies.

If you are taking part in a study that uses Pill Connect dispensers, this app connects to your dispenser, collects its dispensing records, and sends them securely to your study team — automatically, in the background, without you having to do anything day to day.

WHAT IT DOES
• Reads dispensing events from your dispenser
• Syncs them securely to your study's research team
• Shows your device status: battery, last reading, last sync
• Shows your own dispensing history on your phone
• Works offline — everything is stored on your phone first and synced when you have a connection

YOUR DATA
• Your data is stored encrypted on your phone and protected by an app lock
• Data goes only to the research organisation running your study
• No advertising, no analytics for marketing, no data sales

GETTING STARTED
Pill Connect only works as part of a clinical study. To use it you need the enrollment materials (QR code or enrollment phrase) provided by your study team. It is not a general-purpose medication reminder.
