Piladora Chofer

Piladora Driver is the mobile application designed for Piladora's authorized delivery drivers. Its goal is to facilitate the daily management of delivery routes, allowing drivers to receive assignments from the administrative dashboard, view assigned clients, register deliveries, capture evidence, and work even in areas with limited connectivity.

With Piladora Driver, each driver can start their shift, view assigned routes by date, see details for each client, review specific delivery instructions, and record the outcome of each visit in an organized and secure manner.

The application allows drivers to:

• View assigned delivery routes.

• View clients and stops for the day.

• Review messages or delivery orders for each client.

• Navigate to the client's address.

• Verify the driver's location before registering a delivery.

• Register completed deliveries.

• Register undelivered deliveries with the reason and any comments.

• Capture a signature upon receipt.

• Attach photos as evidence.

• Save information locally when there is no internet connection. • Synchronize deliveries, signatures, photos, and updates when the connection is restored.

• End the route with an operational summary.

• Send the route-related location for logistical tracking.

Piladora Chofer uses an offline-first work protocol, designed for field operations where there may be limited coverage or internet interruptions. This allows the driver to continue recording their work even without a connection at the exact moment of delivery. The information is saved on the device and later synchronized with the administrative system.

The application also allows for GPS-based proximity verification before recording a delivery, helping to improve report accuracy and operational traceability. Location data is used solely for logistical purposes, delivery validation, and tracking of assigned routes.

During an active route, the application can record location points so the administrative team can track the driver's route and verify delivery progress. This feature is used exclusively during delivery operations and is aimed at improving the safety, coordination, and control of the logistics process.

Piladora Driver is an internal tool. Only company-authorized users can access the application with valid credentials. The recorded information is used for operational, administrative, and delivery tracking purposes.
