Absolutely TERRIBLE software. Freezes and crashes all the time. Takes forever to load. Availability functions are broken. Doesn't send emails even though it says it did. If I didn't have to use it I wouldn't. Absolute junk and the creators should be ashamed of such a terrible and useless product.
