Pin Me App

Pin Me App can track multiple devices at the same time. You can create a group and share a link to your friends and family via SMS or email to join your group without registering or entering personal information. Android's Work Manager is used to send the location update in the background. Work Manager are intended to run reliably in the background even if the app exits or the device restarts. Near real time location updates are sent (up to 15 seconds interval) by the device when the app is running in the foreground. When the app is running in the background, Android will decide on when to send the location update of the device. Except for the location coordinates, no personal identifiable information or device specific information is sent to the cloud. Location update information are encrypted and only members of a group can decrypt and read the location updates. Currently, there is a maximum of 50 devices that can join in any group.
