Despite not having any membership, they have been charging me membership fees for months, and I can't find my membership to cancel it. I will have to cancel my card. DON'T USE THIS APP!

I haven't been able to get the mobile app to show my hub for about a year, even after updating. I love this program on my desktop but the mobile app needs to work, too
