2022-06-03	Ca*****	Don't ever use this platform to buy anything. Placed an order, delivery slot was 10am to 2pm. Waited all afternn but it was not delivered. Contacted customer service to resolve the issue because no one was at home to receive the frozen food item after 6pm. Waited on the chat for 1h n template answers were given. Frozen food item left outside the house all night. Customer service is beyond terrible.

2022-05-04	Sy*****	I want my delivery fee back. There was no driver to pick up despite paying and selecting 5 days in advanced. I had to go down to the store to pick up my item. Customer service was useless, gave replies that were of no help . Even when the store tried contacting pickupp, it was to no avail. Very very bad experience for a 1st time user. App said driver failed to pick up item because it was not ready, but when I called store to verify and it was not true.

2022-04-19	An*****	I thought pickupp provide delivery services but it's just a platform that connect us with a delivery agent. This is a problem becos they cannot ensure when delivery will happen. Expect rescheduling as "delay" means no agent wants to pickup ur parcel. This app works like how it's supposed to be, but the business model needs improvement. Avoid this app if u want to send someone gifts or if u need ur parcel delivered on time. Otherwise, they offer great promo. Use if u dun mind "delays".

2022-03-30	An*****	Used this app to order food products twice and both times disappointed- first time the order was wrong, second time the order could not be fulfilled even though the pre order was made more than 2 weeks in advance, the reason being "demand was very high". Why open pre-order if you cannot handle the volume? Poor coordination it seems between the platform and the merchants

2022-03-29	An*****	Very poorly designed app. Tried to purchase something, chose to pay by topping up my wallet via Paynow, but in the end money transferred but cannot pay by wallet. In the end, the items I wanted to purchase all went out of stock after 5 mins.

There was no driver matched at the expected timings, purchase was not delivered in time, and no one informed me about the delay, I only know of this several hours later when I checked my order, the status was still pending agent match. Imagine a good cake, doesn't taste as well as it should be, a planned event, without the order, this is truly unpleasant and disappointing experience, I refuse to go through again.

Although it takes time to match a driver and there's nothing much to do while they match you with a driver, at least the item arrived on time (actually arrived 1 hour earlier than their estimated time). I would recommend them over SF Express for users in Hong Kong.

2022-01-22	So*****	What a terrible app. I tried using the app today to arrange pick up and delivery in advance but the app ended up matching rider to pick up today. After all the efforts of entering the pick up date and timing, there was no details being captured in the confirmation email. This caused confusion between the rider and myself, resulting in last min cancellation and unnecessary costs incurred. I want my refund back!

2021-12-07	So*****	Very poor user experience. 1) Address keyed in for pickup and delivery is not saved ending up the need to retype everytime I want to arrange a delivery service. 2) While keying in discount code, it keeps duplicating the letters I typed. I have to type outside of app and copy paste. 3) If I do not complete the pickup and delivery address in awhile, it restarts from beginning. 4) Next day delivery service is only open to customers who have met minimum orders before. Be upfront with your offering and do not waste new customers who want to make use of the service but getting disappointed at the end. If playstore has an option to ban the app so that I would not install again, I would put this app in the first place.
