2026-07-22	Ch*****	My wife placed an order at 6pm for almost 5k, pickaroo said about 7pm delivery. Our order was handed off probably close to 2 hours ago, and still there has been no delivery. no one has replied to my wife from customer service, the option to call the "delivery partner" and the restaurant is grayed out and doesn't work. very disappointed and this will probably be the last time we use pickaroo as this is not there first time we have had this issue. Grab is far more reliable, use that instead.

2026-06-29	Ma*****	I ordered on June 28, and someone from the store (Robinson's Lipa) texted me and asked if they can reschedule the order the next day. I agreed, and the next morning, first thing they do is cancel my order due to the shopper being unavailable for "personal reasons". There was someone there (Robinson's Lipa) by the time I ordered, but was too lazy to do the order. They planned to reschedule it knowing they won't be there the next day. Both the store and this app have unprofessional employees.

I tried to check out using my credit card and it charged me 10 pesos for the verification of the card, then after that I tried to pay again as it keeps on circling back to the check out page and everytime I put my card it charged 10 pesos but it's not allowing me to proceed without having to put my card everytime

2026-06-17	Ke*****	NO STAR AT ALL. Ordered for convenience, but the store will either send you wrong order or will cancel some items from your order without notifying you. In Grab, stores would usually inform the customer of unavailable items and would check if you still want to proceed. 100% of my orders here in Pickaroo are total FAIL.

2026-05-18	Da*****	The App is as disgusting as it is. There are a lot of bugs regarding tracking your orders and finding where the delivery rider is. It's also disappointing that they kept painting and they have a service where most stores in my area actually have no shoppers available or shoppers have been removed and only been told lies by the customer support agents through "Corporate Speak" that they're doing their best to find or hire more shoppers, however it's been 2 months already.

2026-05-10	Ma*****	When I open the app, I can't believe I have almost 400 items worth 133k on my cart that I didn't click. Luckily no one uses my phone so there is no misclick in check out. 🙄
