The App is as disgusting as it is. There are a lot of bugs regarding tracking your orders and finding where the delivery rider is. It's also disappointing that they kept painting and they have a service where most stores in my area actually have no shoppers available or shoppers have been removed and only been told lies by the customer support agents through "Corporate Speak" that they're doing their best to find or hire more shoppers, however it's been 2 months already.

When I open the app, I can't believe I have almost 400 items worth 133k on my cart that I didn't click. Luckily no one uses my phone so there is no misclick in check out. 🙄

no stars at all. ordered for convenience but it was a very inconvenient and stressful experience. ordered at 3:40pm, and supposed to receive the items by 4:30pm to 5:30pm. the order got accepted by merchant 6:40pm. and delivered to my doorstep 7:10pm. they cant even provide an revised schedule and you will be required to wait for them to deliver when you have other scheduled things to do. waste of time

the app says that it will only deduct your total purchase once its completed or delivered to you, but no, it will deduct as soon as you place the order even if it hasnt been delivered yet, and put your money on hold, it is so frustrating

They are always 1–2 hours late. Items are often incomplete. One time, the missing item was delivered at 9 PM. Then I ordered for our lunch, it was delayed, and I received the wrong item. There was also a shopper who suggested a replacement but didn’t follow it. I suggest DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Order was delayed for >4 hrs. Within that time, I have followed up multiple times with Pickaroo. Their response every time was that their bagger isn't respomding too. Almost 5 hrs, Pickaroo's update was that the bagger hasn't started with the order. This already happened 3 times, and always ends up with a cancelled order. Imagine being the middleman for baggers and customers pero pag di makontak yung bagger nganga din kayo. Di pwede ireassign? Either mangmang mgmt niyo o ayaw niyo ayusin.
