2024-08-09	Da*****	App changed store locations without alerting me and sent my order to a store I've never visited. I arrived at my local to pick up and had to purchase a new coffee. Contacted support and was told to travel to the other store and take it up with the owner, no reference number, no apology, nothing. Wow, what a business model. Won't be returning to any picolo and app now deleted, tbh the coffee is not that great anyway

2023-08-09	Pe*****	Total scam. I showed the lady for the free coffee, I clicked on it and it disappeared. She then said well that's the phones problem. You have to do it through the app. But it disappeared and you can't!
