Picapie: Tu aliado operativo

Picapie is the app for operational staff at restaurants that use Picapie. It brings together everything that happens during your shift in one place: your work schedule, checklists, and reports of issues that need fixing.

When you open the app, you'll see your shift, available checklists, and the reports you're responsible for.

Checklists
Kitchen opening, cash register closing, restroom cleaning, and any other checklists your manager creates on the Picapie dashboard. You answer yes or no questions, specify temperatures and quantities, select options, give ratings, record dates, times, and QR or barcodes, and take photos as evidence where requested. Your answers are saved as you work, so you can leave the checklist and pick it up later. When you start and submit a checklist, the app records your location and takes a picture from the front camera to confirm who completed it and at which branch.

Maintenance and Incident Reports
Submit a report with a subject, description, and at least one photo: a leak in the sink, a burnt-out light bulb, a disconnected terminal. Your manager assigns responsibility and priority, and the report progresses from open to in progress, resolved, and closed. Each report includes comments with photos for follow-up. Filter reports by assignment or those you created.

Your Workday: Register your arrival, lunch, and departure using facial recognition over live video feed. Review your schedule and request absences or shift changes. It's the same as Picapie Workforce, all within the same app. Location is read only when you dial, to confirm your branch.

CloudChef: Direct access to recipes and kitchen production in CloudChef.

Branch Tablet: Place a tablet in the kitchen or at the register. A manager links it once, and then each person logs in with their PIN, so their actions are recorded under their name.

Notifications: We'll notify you when a report is assigned to you or a checklist is missing.

How to Log In: Log in with your RSV ID account or your PIN on the branch tablet.
