Requirements for using the Jurcash app:

Existing Jurcash customers (linked to legal expenses insurance with Neue Rechtsschutz AG) can log in to the app directly with their existing login credentials after downloading and installing the app.

New customers of Neue Rechtsschutz AG receive their login details via a QR code in the Jurcash information letter, which is sent by Neue Rechtsschutz AG shortly after the insurance policy is issued.
