BAT SoBC

The BAT SoBC (Standards of Business Conduct) extension centralizes British American Tobacco’s global policy on integrity and ethical behaviour. It covers Speak Up (whistleblowing), anti-bribery and corruption, gifts and entertainment, respect in the workplace, human rights, environment, lobbying and engagement, data privacy, AI and ethics, confidentiality and information security, anti-money laundering, sanctions and export controls, and related areas. The Supplier Code of Conduct and minimum supplier expectations are also included.

Key features let users view policies in multiple languages, search and call their local confidential Speak Up hotline, log in to the SoBC Portal to disclose conflicts of interest, and contact Group Designated Officers or the Head of Compliance. The extension also provides guidance for ethical decision-making, manager responsibilities, and quick access to compliance resources to support a culture of integrity.
