Haven't been able to use it once properly. Every time I open it, it asks for my region that is México. It crashes and doesn't download the Spanish language. If you choose Brazil, it downloads immediately but keeps asking for the region. And as soon as you enter to "play," it only goes for 30 secs and crashes, asking you to delete cache because a "minor bug"... frustrating because my daughter is in love with the animations, and now I have a frustrated kid who is not enjoying the experience.
