ADD PHOTOS

You can attach up to three photos from your camera or photo library. Providing clear photos can help the maintenance team understand the problem and make sure the right contractor and equipment are arranged.

GAS EMERGENCIES

Do not use the app as your first point of contact if you smell gas.

The app includes gas emergency guidance and the National Gas Emergency Service telephone number. This information is available even when you do not have a mobile signal or internet connection.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Any important updates about maintenance, repairs or changes affecting your tenancy will be displayed when you open the app.

NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED

There is no need to create an account or remember a password. Simply open the app, complete the report and submit it. You will receive an email confirming that your report has been sent.

The app is for tenants living in properties managed by Philip James Partnership.
