2025-01-26	Ar*****	The worst site ever. Firstly they take order and keep you at waiting for 1-2 hrs and then they cancel the order by themselves. They don't even think that not everyone order pizza for party purpose only. Instead Dominos is far better than this. They have policy of 30 min delivery and they delivered your order within 30 minutes. I suggest don't download this app.

2025-01-26	HI*****	I have order the pizza at 8:38pm where I received the mail that it will get delivered to the place at 9:08pm. At the same time my brother has also order items at same outlet through zomato and there product was delivery at 9:08pm. Where our product was even showing its gone in oven. The phone number showing is not recable to contact them and customer care waiting was more than 30 calls. It was birthday celebration and some people have to eat some food items and some have to sit for there item to

2025-01-23	de*****	Worst app and worst service, my order is still ready for delivery but not picked up, I waited for 2 hours , contact number of the store is not reachable and pizza hut service person said store will contact you, but no response..I went to store myself and picked up order, and store person's behaviour was horrible , excuse being he's busy.Why to accept order and payment when you can't deliver? Why can't you contact customer and explain that you can't deliver because you are busy or cancel it?

I have ordered pizza and pasta using app.It took wrong location and the delivery person said that he is 3 km away from my location and after delivery he charged extra amount. When I tried to call customer care to complaint about this they didn't respond. I suggest not to use this app and their service.

2025-01-14	Br*****	When I placed the order it took too long time to deliver the order from Pizz hut pvr mall panipat. To redeem the gift card was very difficult . Ultimately I added the gift card in my app and placed order 2 times. Service provided at the pizza hut was not satisfactory. The deals shown in the app weren't available at Pizza Hut.

2025-01-12	Am*****	I ordered the food at 9 o'clock but the food came by 10.20. The delivery service is not good. When I was looking outside to see the delivery boy he was coming by cycle and when i said that u were 1 hour late he was giving excuses. Very bad delivery service. I cant even cancel my order and it is also not showing where has the food reached.

The delivery guy told that he was standing for 15 min in front of my location and was getting connected with some lady. Then he went back to the store and then took my no and the came back and called me, the order was delivered totally cold. Then I called customer care , first person ask me to contact the store number. The number he gave me was of 9 digit. App is still showing order not delivered.

2025-01-09	Mi*****	Very poor experience, they always have an excuse ready for delay or not able to deliver it. They should shut down the app and focus on delivery partner apps only as they don't even have their own delivery network anymore. Meantime other pizza joints are pushing towards even low delivery times. These guys don't consider if it of customer value or not.
