2022-09-22	RESHMI SINHA ROY	Previously I had many bad experiences. I was really fed-up of Phable. Again I've faced problems with Phable. I don't understand how they do their work. I've renewed my subscription membership yesterday 2.58am but, till now Phable hasn't activated my subscription renewal. While ordering medicines, I'm not getting the discount for subscription benefits, they are charging full amount for the medicines. I've call at customer service 4 time but, till now it hasn't been activated yet
2022-09-02	Ashutosh Raj	Fraud company.i hav purchased plus membership to get 35% discount but phable end my subscription before end of day inspite my subscription is valid for the date. Don't buy phable subscription they end the subscription without completing the time. My 2nd worst experience is i was fight for refund for more than a month then they will initiate rhe refund. Customer care is hopeless & also helpless. Highly not recommendable phable.You got always worst experience if you go with phable.order id-3625901
2022-08-12	Rajiv Bajaj	Uninstalled the app within minutes of installing. I was looking to buy an Omron BP instrument. I had their store website open on my desktop as well but I was under the impression that buying on the app would be cheaper. I was wrong. The pricing shown on the app was higher than the pricing on the desktop version.
2022-07-27	Savio Miranda	Installed the app and paid for the subscription too. Received my 1st order but then tried placing order twice after that but they cancelled my order. They refunded the order value but my money i paid for the subscription is going waste. This is a kind of cheating. They are not in a position to deliver medicnes they are only colecting peoples subscription fee
2022-05-26	John Francis	Very good product's. At least in the health and wellness section. Helps control diabetes. Especially the products I have purchased and used. Decision making is slow from the management end inspite of receiving the payment which did not reflect in the app. Using Bluedart courier service is one exceptional decision to help consumers receive the products within minimum delay. It is a multitasking app and am yet to try the other products relevant to diabetic patient. Especially generic medicines.
2022-05-17	RuMishka - Luv'n'Peace	Very bad customer support. No callbacks, no customer care, no response, their data is not synced on app and website, they don't check their records and put all the burden on customer for providing evidence and proofs for not receiving any product. Their system is not capable of even checking if the order was prepaid or not, n we have to provide screenshots of the payment made. Anyway, just got a refund of my own money after a series of follow-ups by me for the entire one month. Uninstalling NOW.
2022-03-04	Snehashish Banerjee	App runs pretty fine. However, the main issue with this is, here you'll hardly get any customer support via mail or WhatsApp chat. I tried to reach them out concerning another issue i.e. you can't use the full wallet balance to purchase a product. That's quite frustrating. Later I found out that the provided mail id and WhatsApp number are just for show!
2022-02-18	Raja Chereddy	The worse ever pharmacy app I used till now, No proper options to track order or not even able to see bill also in the app. Half of the order delivered and order status showing as delivered. No proper communication to vendors not from customercare team also. Don't go for it, if you are looking medicine which is important and in need.
2022-01-22	danish Mohammed	This is a very bad app, the rate of the product is very high in comparison to other shopping sites, 100% wallet was used in Ace App, which I liked very much and I collected the ammount by raffering But by the time I have collected the ammount, the phable has reduced the value of using the wallet, it has increased from 100% to 20%, this is absolutely wrong, do it 100% again.
2022-01-21	Ayush Kumar	Very worst app without any notice they changed their t&c without any notice and changed the wallet using limit to 20%from 100 and the money which we added to our wallets is are not fully usable also they doesn't pick calls we referred our family and friends as it was a good app and doesn't charged delivery charges but now all we can't use our own money.
