HOW TO PLAY

The rules are simple but the strategy is deep:
• Red cards (Hearts ♥, Diamonds ♦) have
POSITIVE values
• Black cards (Spades ♠, Clubs ♣) have
NEGATIVE values
• Number cards are worth their face value
(2-10)
• Face cards (Jack, Queen, King) are worth 10
• Aces automatically count as 1 or 11,
whichever helps you most

Place your bet, get your cards, and decide:
HIT or STAND?

The player closest to zero wins! But be
careful - go above +20 or below -20 and you
BUST!

SPECIAL HANDS

NULL (Natural Zero): Get exactly 0 with your
first two cards and win big with a 3:2 payout!
This is the holy grail of Zero Sum.

AUTO-BUST: Start with exactly +21 or -21?
That's an automatic loss. The cards weren't in
your favor this time.

DEALER RULES

The dealer plays by strict house rules,
hitting until their score is between -4 and
+4. This creates exciting tension as you watch
the dealer's strategy unfold.

WINNING CONDITIONS

• Closest to zero wins (by absolute value)
• If both you and the dealer have the same
distance from zero, it's a PUSH and your bet
is returned
• Dealer bust? You win!
• Player bust? Dealer wins
