2024-09-09	Lo*****	Nice when it works but over half the time I lose connection or it won't load or link to pets. Even when my dogs are sitting next to me it has issues connecting. This app sucks and needs alot of work. I love the system we have but, what's the point in having it if I can't even connect to my pet with the app...? seems very rude and stupid on creators part for not fixing the app issues that have been going on for seems like years now. If they say it's ur phone...trust me it's not it's the app.

2024-05-16	Da*****	Glitchy and slow to connect. Have been unable to switch back and forth between my dogs on the app. If you want to use the remote trainer and have a big yard, don't bother. Seems to have a range of like 5 feet and if your dogs are out of range and you need to correct them forget it. You have to catch up to them to be within range and once again, slow to connect
