2024-12-20	Da*****	As a software developer, I'm often disappointed in apps required to use a physical product but this app is actually built well! Pairing with the mat controller is super reliable, the UI is intuitive, and they keep adding useful features like being able to customize frequency etc. Honestly, kudos to the team developing this, it's solid!

2024-11-23	Ca*****	Edited/Updated: I had the FW update crash issue, but I contacted the manufacturer who assured me they were working on a fix - it took 2 or maybe 3 updates but we got it resolved. Despite our time differences they were very (actually impressively if I'm being real honest) responsive. Used the device a couple times now with my IVDD 13ish yo beagle and she doesn't hate it so fingers crossed this helps her be a bit more comfortable. :)

2024-11-19	Wi*****	Never connected to unit. Will be returning unit. 11/19 Update: I kept this thing for some reason but used it only with the double tap feature. Now there's a firmware update that needs to be done before you can use it and of course the app crashes every time you try to update it. This is a money grab! This company cares nothing about its product, obviously. Buyer beware!

2024-11-17	St*****	This app is horrible. It keeps crashing and I can't use the bed. Will be returning as it is useless if the app doesn't work. It keeps saying I need an update but when I try to update it crashes. I have tried EVERYTHING in the manual and with my phone. Nothing is working because it's the app. So many terrible reviews agree with me. Shame on them for launching such a terrible app without proper testing. Makes the bed unusable. Wasted so much time trying to make it work for it to keep crashing.
