HSSE UAUC is a mobile application from PETRONAS Group HSSE designed to reduce occupational hazards and foster a We Care safety culture. The app enables on-the-go capture of health and safety data as a complement to existing Upstream HSE Online systems, helping organisations improve compliance and on-site safety.

Users can submit Unsafe Act, Unsafe Condition, and Safe Observation reports, receive notifications on report status, and amend reports reverted by endorsers. The collected data also feeds HSE analytics to support planning and preventive actions, turning frontline observations into actionable insights for safer workplaces.
