WHAT YOU CAN DO

- FIND A PET HOTEL
Select your date range and pet type, and see available facilities. Photos, room types, nightly rates, facility features, and accepted animal types are clearly stated in the profile.

- FIND AN IN-HOME SITTER
Let your pet stay in their own routine. See details about the sitter's home (garden, other animals, child status, smoking) in advance.

- CALL A DOG WALKER
Create a one-off walk or a weekly routine. Set your own days and times; choose from 30, 45, or 60-minute options.

- PET PROFILE
Enter vaccination and parasite records, weight and age information, and care notes once. When you submit a request, ensure the service provider is prepared with accurate information. You can add multiple pets to a single reservation.

- VERIFIED SERVICE PROVIDERS
Tax certificate and business license are required for establishments; ID, residence permit, and criminal record check are required for individual pet sitters and walkers. Profiles are not published until the documents are reviewed and approved by our team.

- MESSAGING
Talk to the service provider about everything related to your request through the app. Key handover, special instructions, your questions – everything in one place.

- RESERVATION TRACKING
View your active and past requests on a single screen. Track payment status. You will be notified via SMS and email when the status changes.

- REVIEW
Leave a rating and review after the service. Rate separately for cleanliness, attentiveness, communication, and location; guide future users.
