2026-09-14	Jo*****	would you like 70% of your app to be an ad for a seperate app that you can't clear without purchasing their vet messaging subscription service literally just 5 screens in this app total and every single one the majority of your screen is an ad for potentially saving 3000 dollars by texting a "vet" your concerns rather than taking your pet in for proper care, I invested in this brand cause i wanted to keep up with my pets while im away but now ironically i feel using this company promotes neglect

2026-08-23	Ka*****	I have reached out for support 2 times in regards to the same issue with the app. If I have my camera on past 8pm it will alert me but not show the recorded video until 12am. I don't understand why it's continuely doing this. I pay for the highest available plan. I'm about to cancel and purchase different cameras. I've had petcubes for 8 years now and they seemed to have just gone down hill.
