The application was designed to store in one place the confidential information that we often need or want to consult in our daily lives.
The app is composed of three main sections: Things and Objects, Money, Thoughts and Words.
In the Things and Objects section, the user can collect some key data (Name, Location, Category, Photo, Notes) on any Object belonging to them. The areas of application range from precious objects, whether materially or emotionally valuable, to items of clothing from the previous season, to user profiles and passwords used to access websites where we've registered, to PINs or identification codes for various bank accounts, to receipts that are often required to validate a product warranty. In between, you can add anything else
you can think of. You'll associate a Name and the Location where you're storing it (the Location can also be a virtual location) to each Object. Additionally,
you can optionally add a Photograph, Additional Notes that may be useful to you over time, and a Category to which the object belongs (for example: precious objects, sentimental objects, etc.). Places and Categories can be created when creating the Object or Thing and can also be used for other objects. Places, Categories, and Photographs can be changed at any time to allow you to track changes over time regarding the location of the object itself. Objects can then be searched by filtering by Name, Place, and Category. A convenient drop-down list updates as you type the name of the Object and/or Place and/or Category in the text box, allowing you to immediately select what you're looking for; similar to what happens when you use a search engine like Google and type what you're looking for. By pressing the search button, a list of items will appear that match your search parameters. By clicking on an individual item in the list, you can view the item's details (Name, Location, Location Address, Additional Notes, Category, and Photo).
In the Money section, you can collect all the accounting references related to your income and expenses. To use the functions for entering and viewing accounting transactions, you will need to one-time configure some basic information that is necessary to allow you to acquire transactions accurately, flexibly, and quickly. The same section also contains investigation and analysis functions, very useful when the data collected becomes substantial and spread over time, also supported by graphs.
Finally, in the Thoughts and Words section, there is space for collecting your thoughts, reflections, and memories; It's a bit like a notebook you can write in with a pen or pencil. But technology also helps here, because in addition to typing, you can also dictation words by pressing an appropriate microphone icon. Furthermore, if you want, you can share these thoughts through the applications available on your device (WhatsApp, Signal, Email, etc.) simply by pressing a button that will guide you through the preferred method.
The entire application features Data Export and Data Import functions, which are particularly useful if, for example, the device on which the data (for all sections) is stored needs to be replaced. In such cases, simply install the application on the new device, activate the Data Import function, and, at the same time, activate the Data Export function on the old device: in a few seconds, the data and any associated photographs will be transferred to the new device.
The entire application is protected by a PIN that can be changed anytime. Furthermore, to prevent users from forgetting the PIN, a reminder is sent via email or text message when the PIN is created or changed. This ensures that
it remains traceable over time and the information is stored on a device other than the one running the application.
