Petrova is a telemedicine service that allows you to receive remote correspondence advice from the Center's specialists, as well as the results of analyzes and studies, and the interpretation of the results of radiation diagnostic studies. You can upload medical documents to your Personal Account in word, pdf formats, and from a personal computer in zip format, no more than 1 gigabyte in size.

Who can use the service:
- Citizens of the Russian Federation.
- Foreign citizens.

What services can be obtained using the service:
- Primary remote consultation "doctor-patient".
At the initial remote consultation, it is only possible to determine the expediency of an in-person consultation. In accordance with the current legislation, the doctor has the right to make a diagnosis and prescribe treatment only at an in-person appointment.
- Repeated remote consultation "doctor-patient".
Within a year after an in-person appointment, the patient can receive remote consultations from his attending physician. With the help of them, the doctor can adjust the current therapy that he is receiving
patient. For example, if a patient is monitored by a chemotherapist at the Center, then during a remote consultation, the doctor will be able to correct only the current chemotherapy treatment. Also, the doctor may recommend to undergo an additional examination in accordance with the underlying disease. The patient can remotely consult for the correction of treatment only with the doctor who had a full-time appointment.
- Second opinion - interpretation of CT and MRI images, performed with contrast.
- Second opinion - interpretation of histological slides.
- Results of research carried out at the National Medical Research Center.

What you need to register in the Patient's Personal Account:
You can register in the Patient's Personal Account if you have an account with a confirmed account on the State Service portal.
Foreign citizens can register an account on the State Services portal by installing the application “Personal account of the patient of the N.N. N.N. Petrova "and after logging in.
A pop-up window will appear in front of the user, it is necessary to select the option "for foreign citizens", indicate in the "login" column your e-mail address, in the "password" column - the password you have created, grant the system access rights to your personal data and confirm your consent to their processing.
