2024-02-01	Mi*****	Pershing Updated the app, now my perfectly working phone isn't compatible. Only choice I have is to spend over $1k to get a new phone. So I can mobile deposit my clients checks. Really bad move on their part. Maybe it's time to switch over to fidelity for my clearing needs

2023-10-16	Jo*****	This Netx360 app horrible and the people at Pershing aren't willing to fix it. They are out to make money and can care less otherwise. Too many glitches/bugs. Not good when money is involved. Mobile deposits don't even work half the time. App devs refuse to fix after years of fustration...

2022-12-17	ly*****	Totally frustrated and fed up. Having same issue as others since upgrade on 11/22/2022. On cue the app ceased to load on 11/22/2022. No one at NetX360 and NetX360+ cane help. Pop up says to upgrade your phone. I did. This app will not work on Note8 unless you do a factory reset & upgrade or buy a new phone. This app gets a 2.4⭐ because it doesn't work. They are going to upgrade this app again in the new year to OS 11. They took no care in making this app safe along with functional.

2022-12-06	Ni*****	Review accounts is fine, but my primary use of this app is for mobile deposit and that part of this app needs serious attention. It doesn't work all the time, doesn't focus correctly and crashes frequently. Please fix asap! 12/5/22 - unable to open app on my phone. 2022-08-08	Ju*****	Check deposit stopped working with latest version of Android. I would think with as much competition with other Custodians, this app/platform would be a lot further along. Invest in your developer team, NetX!
