Permian PoolWorks

Permian PoolWorks is the offline operations app for Permian Basin Pools LLC. It keeps pool properties, scheduled visits, care-plan templates, inspection follow-up notes, quotes, and capacity estimates together on the device.

Home overview
• Counts of active pools, visits due in the coming days, open quotes, and unresolved inspection notes from local SQLite records
• Quick paths to create a quote, add a visit record, or open the calculator
• Simple workload charts built from completed visits and new quotes stored on the phone

Care plans and visits
• Browse care-plan / service templates (maintenance, inspection, equipment, seasonal, improvement) with estimated durations
• Maintain property and pool records; schedule and complete service visits
• Log inspection notes with priority and follow-up status

Quotes
• Create itemized pool-service quotes, update status, search and filter, duplicate, and delete entries

Calculator
• Choose pool shape and dimensions, attached sections, minutes per 1,000 gallons, travel and setup minutes, and crew size
• The app estimates surface area, volume, capacity in gallons, service minutes, and labor cost components locally and can save estimate history

Profile
• Business timeline, team roles, about text, and a contact form saved on the device for follow-up

Capacity, time, and cost figures are estimates. Follow product labels and qualified professional guidance. The app has no account system, cloud service, or remote API. Starter properties and quotes demonstrate the workflow only.
