Permian Classical Community

Permian Classical Community helps coordinators keep concert and ensemble planning records on this device. Use it to organize upcoming events, member lists, rehearsal slots, venues, volunteer assignments, and service quotes without an online account.

You can:
• Create and update events with date, location, type, and status
• Maintain a member directory with instrument or role details
• Track venues, program items, rehearsals, and volunteer assignments
• Build quotes with line items and status filters
• Open the Community Scoreboard for counts derived from local records
• Browse a local services catalog and save favorites on the device
• Use the Concert Break-Even Planner to estimate attendance needs and surplus or deficit from ticket and cost assumptions you enter
• Save break-even calculation history locally

Company pages cover mission text, location, team roster, timeline entries, about information, and an on-device contact form. Dialer, email, and map actions rely on other apps installed on your phone.

All operational records use local SQLite storage. This app does not provide cloud sync, ticket sales, payments, or live attendance feeds.

First launch may include starter sample events, members, and venues so the workspace is not empty. Scoreboard attendance charts use projected estimates from stored capacity and quote totals, not real-time box-office data. Break-even results are planning estimates only.
