Permian Talent Hub

Permian Talent Hub is a local staffing workspace for organizing recruitment records on your phone. Track candidates through pipeline stages, keep open jobs, schedule interviews, record placements, and prepare staffing quotes without an online account.

Workspace sections:
• Candidates with search, stage filters, job links, and stage updates
• Open jobs with status tracking and close-position actions
• Quotes with line items, totals, and status updates
• Interviews and placements managed from the More menu
• Client records for company contacts tied to staffing work

The Pipeline Dashboard shows open positions, active candidates, interviews this week, confirmed placements, and a stage funnel using counts from local SQLite records. Quick actions can start a candidate, job, interview, or quote entry.

Also included:
• A local services catalog with on-device favorites
• Staffing Margin Calculator for pay, overtime, burden, markup, and optional fixed fees, with saved calculation history
• Company pages for timeline, team, location, about, and contact

Dialer, email, and maps open through other apps on the device when available. Contact form text is stored on this device only.

Core data stays on the device and is not synced by this app over the network. First launch may include starter sample candidates, jobs, and quotes. Calculator outputs are estimates from your inputs. Dashboard figures reflect local records (and sample data until you change them), not a live ATS feed.
