This application is designed to help users monitor and manage their health independently, with a primary focus on preventing and monitoring the risk of cardiovascular disease in women.

The features offered by this application include two levels of access, namely general users and administrators. General users can access a number of general features and register if they want to monitor their health to avoid the risk of cardiovascular disease. Meanwhile, administrator users can manage data in the application, such as adding types of food, types of physical activity, educational information, and others. This application is also equipped with educational features regarding balanced nutrition and prevention of cardiovascular disease, which can be accessed by all users.

Using this application is quite easy and intuitive. After registering and logging in, users will be directed to complete their profile and answer several questions for an initial survey about their level of awareness of cardiovascular disease. After that, they can start using the various features available, such as the physical activity journal and diet journal, as well as accessing various health calculators and workout tutorials. Thus, this application becomes a very useful tool to help users maintain their health and quality of life.
