2024-11-21	Do*****	When adding balance, instructions will show you have to quickly take a screenshot because once that screen times out you won't have access to deposit instructions. There is no email sent and the text doesn't have any details and transaction history won't show you the instructions. Sent an email stating that I don't know what to do with just a reference code. They told me check the app. Instead of acknowledging that they need to fix the app they tell their customers to adjust themselves.

2024-11-07	Ra*****	Fire whoever designed this app and their project manager. App says it will send your OTP through mobile but instead it's sent to your email. Instructions on how to deposit funds and how to invest are confusing. I see no button to buy the bonds and equity I want. If you require clients to have funds before buying, the button should still be there, just grey it out/make a pop-up appear instructing them to do so. Instructions for deposit loads the Atram site instead of specific instructions. Buggy.

Hope these get addressed ASAP.
