It does arithmetic on the numbers you enter, flags a likely microgram/milligram mix-up, and never recommends a dose.

• Workouts and training — a built-in workout logger with an exercise library, weekly training schedules with reminders, ready-made routines, and a strength program designed to help preserve muscle. Track your weight and body composition right alongside your regimen.
