PeopleSync Employee

PeopleSync Employee is the mobile companion to your organisation's PeopleSync employee portal. Sign in once and handle the everyday HR tasks that would otherwise mean finding a desk and a browser.

CONNECT TO YOUR ORGANISATION
The first time you open the app, enter the portal address your employer gives you. The app remembers it, so every time after that you go straight to your own company's sign-in page. If your organisation ever moves to a new address, you can update it from within the app.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Check in and check out, with location confirmation where your employer requires it
- See your attendance history and the hours recorded against you
- Apply for leave, track approvals, and see your remaining balance
- View payslips and salary details published by your HR team
- Read company announcements and holiday calendars
- Receive notifications when a request is approved or something needs you

BUILT FOR WORKPLACE RECORDS
Attendance is the part of HR where accuracy matters most, so the app verifies that check-ins come from a genuine device in a real location rather than a simulated one.

WHAT YOU NEED
An account with an organisation that uses PeopleSync, and the portal address from your HR or IT team. The app cannot be used without an employer-provided account.

Aeonix Research and Innovations builds and maintains PeopleSync. For help with your own records, contact your HR team first - they administer your account.
