Will not open from my samsung galaxy 24+ keeps closing and giving an error.

Won't let me login, says it can't find me in their files. Others have left reviews stating the same thing, and I see no response from PAG whatsoever. I'd give ZERO stars if I could. Edit: STILL can't login. Horrendous app and worse technical support.
